熱軋輥因為其特殊的設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)而具有較高的強度，韌性和耐熱性。用于高密實度的塑料板材片材成型和無紡布加熱復(fù)合。

選用優(yōu)質(zhì)合金鋼 38CrMoA1A，42CrMo，60CrMoV，9Cr2Mo 等作為本體材料，經(jīng)機械加工、熱處理成型，表面硬度可達 HRC58 ～ 62。內(nèi)膽螺旋式和周邊鉆孔兩種設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)，采用內(nèi)部安裝螺旋內(nèi)膽或輥體周邊鉆孔循環(huán)引導(dǎo)熱油，使輥面兩端溫差更小，熱效率更高。

Hot Mill Roller have superior strength、tenacity and heat resistance due to the special design structure. The roller can be used in high density plastic plate and sheet forming and non-woven fabric heat compounding.

The roller body select super quality alloy steel such as 38CrMoA1A，42CrMo，60CrMoV，9Cr2Mo etc. The surface hardness can be reached HRC58-62 after the machining and heat treatment.

The roller inside structure design as spiral channel and circum drilling hole,the temperature difference between double sides of the roller will be smaller and the thermal efficiency will be higher.
